looks like the person who originally posted this video couldn't be bothered to stay up late either -- their cable system cut off the very end of the performance. oh well.

well, okay. Seems like an unobjectionable song. But also a little unremarkable. I just don't know how I really feel about BNL anymore, I guess.

Also? Someone really needs to take Ed aside and tell him that the fauxhawk is played out. I'm just sayin'.

guess who's searching youtube instead of working on her finance homework?

this is...well, scary, really. I'm not sure whether I'm more creeped out by the capabilities of the Sims 2 game (which I REALLY REALLY want, but cannot possibly justify owning until I finish school or else I will never graduate) or by the guy who took the time to MAKE A MUSIC VIDEO using it. eesh.

also, anyone want to tell me what html lingo I'd need to make the above link active?

a little confusing (are there eight different bands playing) and a little repetitive, but cute. I especially liked how some of the band members seemed to have crushes on Ed.

Anyway, it's hard to talk HTML online because the links will activate--but you would do < a href = "http://blah blah blah" > type the link name < / a >, only without all the spaces.

See: watch out for Tyler's drumstick twirl!

easy peasy!

1) I am annoyed that the one place where Tyler does NOT toss his drumsticks is during the line "Throw your sticks and stones." Come on now... it would've been so apropos.

2) I don't think this song is their best work, but I do think the line "I was a baby when I learned to suck / But you have raised it to an art form" pretty much justifies the whole thing.

3) I don't have this album yet either, but I do have high hopes... the reviews on Amazon have a lot of lingo like "back on track" and so forth. As Johnny Cochran would say, If Santa comes through, I will review.

4) If you really want to talk HTML tags without getting things all HTMLified,k you can use the "& lt;" and "& gt;" thingimadoozles (sans quotes and spaces) to represent the brackets in a non-interpreted way. <b>See, look how not-bold this is!</b>

^k^ I understood, but matt: WTF? html = spooky animals. I'ma stick with my WYSIWYG editing options from now on.
