okay, I noticed the excessive makeup too, and I would be willing to believe that male celebrities put on a *bit* of powder when walking the red carpet so as to not be too shiny for the cameras...but blush? and there seems to be some foundation involved, too...
In Harry's defense -- and as someone who has been caught out in public in an egregious state of stage-makeuppery before -- the backdrop behind him leads me to believe that this shot might have been taken during some kind of promotional photo or video shoot where a large quantity of makeup would actually be required. Thus, it could just be the photographer's fault for catching him away from the lights before he got it off.
Or, he could just be a gigantic nancy-boy. Hard to say.
Also, I'd just like to note that it took me a while to parse the phrase "psychologically disturbed stable boy."
"Psychologically disturbed sta-what? But if he's... disturbed... then isn't he... like... UNstable? Psycho... no, that doesn't make any sense.... [long pause] Oh. [extremely long pause] This is a play about horses."
