Ok, so a late-night burst of nostalgia prompted me to see what was up with WYBC these days, if I could. I couldn't get the station webpage to load, so I went to ydn.com to see what I could find. And lo and behold, check it out: some freshman with a YDN article named Nick David has a radio show called... Cafe Eclectic. No joke.
And here I thought I was being original. (I wonder if HE thinks he's being original...)

are you serious? no, he definitely stole it from you -- we can't be so removed from the undergrad scene that he didn't run across a list of old shows *somewhere*. it also sounds way stupid reversed like that -- if he was going to copy, he might as well have kept it the other way around and hoped no one noticed. BOO stupid kid.
heh--I'm glad I have your support. At first I was offended, but the more I thought about it, the funnier it got. There are actually a ton of radio shows out there called "eclectic cafe"--it's just amusing that two would crop up on the same campus.
Ooh! Maybe it's like the Dread Pirate Roberts--there's always gotta be one, so it just gets passed from person to person...? I kinda like that idea.
