I must say, though, I was rather ambivalent about several (where ambivalence wasn't an option)... e.g., I will readily say "kitty corner," "catty corner," OR "diagonal" depending on my wont. What can I say? I'm a man of the people. I do as they do, say as they say. When in Rome.

I found the grocery sack/bag question equally perplexing. I went with "bag," but I know I use the terms interchangeably.
